1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AI Virgins ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

2. Services provided

We provide AI advisory services, including diagnostics, roadmaps, training and implementation support, as set out in your engagement letter.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted on a fixed-fee or monthly basis as agreed. Invoices are due on the terms stated at point of sale.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of our methodology, templates and tools. Deliverables are licensed to you for internal use.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
